Registrations

• Only Undergraduate and class 6-12 students can participate in the competition.
• Event and Workshops are Open for all Countries, Genders, Institutions of the mentioned group (class 6- undergraduate)
• This is an Online symposium (participants can join through Facebook and StreamYard)
• FREE Registration (for attending the symposium, idea competition and workshops)
• You can register as an attendee and receive online certificate, also, you can take part in the Idea Competition and email the idea and poster. Selected ideas will be presented. There are prize money and certificates for the winners.
• One participant (any gender)/ team can select 1 theme/problem area given in the proposal form. In case of a team -the leader should be female.
• One team/ individual can submit 1 proposal.
• The proposed solution (project idea) should be original. Referencing is needed if any part is taken/ copied from other sources.
• One team must submit a proposal form and a digital poster (PNG image) of their project idea. That means, you have to fill-up the form and a make a poster of that solution/idea.
• Word limit: 800 (all together including references and titles).
• Idea submission format: MS word/ Google Doc (font: Calibri 11, 1.0 space) in the given proposal form.
• Digital Poster: High resolution PNG and PDF (both format) in portrait mode (preferably 36’’X 48” size).
• Email the Digital poster and Proposal form to: iubstemc@gmail.com within deadline.
• Submission and Registration Deadline: Wednesday, November 30, 2022 (11:59pm).
• Selected teams (for ideas and posters) will be notified with the details of presentation on the next day.
• Digital poster of the idea will be presented online (screen-sharing)
• Selected project proposal will be published in the proceedings after the event.
• Certificates and proceedings will be emailed to all the participants.
• Winner/s will receive another set of certificates with prize money.
